What this service is. trustmy.date provides OSINT-based background reports on individuals using publicly available information. Reports are informational only and are not legal documents, criminal background checks, or certified records.
Permitted use. You may only use this service to check individuals with whom you have a personal connection (e.g. prospective romantic partners). You may not use this service to stalk, harass, discriminate against, or harm any individual.
Accuracy. We aggregate public records, which may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. We make no warranty that reports are complete or error-free. Do not make significant life decisions based solely on a trustmy.date report.
Legal compliance. You represent that your use of this service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) restrictions apply in the US — this service may not be used for employment screening, tenant screening, or credit decisions.
One-time purchase. Each report is a one-time purchase for a single check. No subscriptions, no recurring charges.
Limitation of liability. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
